Sheth Jeebun, the founder of Vayu Earth, brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and a strong commitment to creating positive change. Before launching Vayu Earth, he established five nursing homes for elderly residents and built a respected career shaped by service, entrepreneurship, and long-term vision.
In 2022, after travelling across different parts of the world, he was inspired to support women artisans in rural communities. This experience helped shape the foundation of Vayu Earth — a brand created not only to offer beautifully handcrafted products, but also to help artisan women achieve greater financial independence and dignity through meaningful work.

Trushna Adalja has been a vital part of Vayu Earth’s journey from the very beginning. As Co-Founder and Business Development Manager, she has worked closely with Sheth Jeebun to turn the brand’s vision into a meaningful and growing reality.
With 18 years of experience in the financial sector, Trushna stepped into a completely new field driven by her passion for sustainability, empowerment, and social impact. Her contribution has included business development, website planning, warehouse operations, and shaping the long-term direction of Vayu Earth.
Over the past two years, her dedication and hard work have been central to building the brand from the ground up and helping it continue its mission of supporting artisan communities.
